As the loan applicant, I hereby affirm that all information I provided in the application form are true and correct, and all supporting documents submitted to Tiger Dragon Lending Corporation (hereafter referred to as "TDLC") or its official channels are legitimate, voluntarily given, and legally obtained from the issuing private/governmental bodies for the purposes of the loan application. I voluntarily agree that any incorrect or misleading information, misrepresentation, or any concealment of a material fact or personal information, will result in disapproval of my loan application.

In case of disapproval, TDLC is under no obligation to justify or even disclose the reason/s for such disapproval. In support of the loan application, and after having been explained of the terms herein, I hereby voluntarily give my informed consent to the following:
 

1. Entrance, interview, and inspection of my residence, main/principal place of business, and operations facility(ies) by duly authorized representatives of TDLC as part of its credit evaluation and in order to validate all the information I disclosed in the application form and in any supporting documents I submitted to TDLC;

2. Verification of any information provided therein and in any supporting documents thereto with any applicable banks, credit bureaus, private or government agencies, and other institutions, as may be indicated in the application form, or with any entities or individuals I indicated in the application form;

3. Release or disclosure of any relevant information by such holder, controller, and processor of the information to confirm, release, and verify the existence, truthfulness, and/or accuracy of any information provided to TDLC;

4. Receiving from TDLC, its affiliates, its authorized representatives, and third-party agents the Statement of Accounts (SOA), collection letter, and other correspondences for the purpose of fulfilling its obligation to the TDLC and for any lawful purpose;

5. Processing of my information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173) for legitimate and lawful purposes, and disclose any and all information as required by relevant authorities, and authorized representatives of TDLC; and

6. Receiving from TDLC, its affiliates, and third-party vendors or partners of Short Messaging Services (SMS), mobile and/or email alerts/messages for the purpose of confirming my application and its status, and for any legitimate purpose

I hereby expressly waive any and all statutory and regulatory provisions governing confidentiality of client information, and processing of personal or sensitive information, insofar as it is necessary to disclose appropriate information to verify such other information provided in the Application Form and in any supporting documents hereto, and for the purpose of credit investigation by TDLC and its authorized representatives. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold TDLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and representatives free and harmless from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages and costs arising from any liabilities that may arise due to inaccurate representation of any information indicated herein.
