Job Scope
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized financial records of the company. This includes recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports. The role plays a vital part in ensuring that the company’s financial data is reliable, up-to-date, and compliant with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, and loan-related activities.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate balances.

Maintain and update the company’s accounting records and ledgers.

Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.

Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and stored.

Support the Finance Department in audits and compliance checks.

Monitor petty cash and other small fund accounts.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
